Source: DARS' Development to offer 1 bln rbl debut bonds Sep

MOSCOW, Aug 21 (PRIME) -- DARS' Development plans to offer up to 1 billion rubles of 2-year debut exchange bonds on September 1–10, a financial source told PRIME on Monday.

The coupon guidance was set at 15.5–16.0% annually, which corresponds to a 16.42–16.99% yield to maturity.

The issue carries quarterly coupons.
